Kristy Sarzynski is the Director of Operations with Van Pelt Wealth Advisors, providing proactive client service and support, scheduling meetings, and preparing and processing client documentation. A member of the team since 2019, she ensures the firm runs smoothly and helps the team with any special projects or requests. She is often the first person clients meet in the office or speak with on the phone, and she enjoys interacting with clients, building relationships with them, and working with them for many years.
Before joining Van Pelt Wealth Advisors, Kristy was Business Administrator for a family-owned residential home renovation and real estate investment company. At this position, she was responsible for the acquisition of investment properties, construction and renovation budgets, and partnerships with vendors, contractors, and zoning officials. Kristy also worked as a Team Apparel and Corporate Apparel Sales Manager and led a sales team that hit consistent sales goals and provided exceptional customer service. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Philadelphia University (now Jefferson University) and continued to achieve her master’s degree in business administration.
Outside of the office, Kristy enjoys family time with her husband, Ross, and their two children, Dylan and Avery. Her happy place is the beach, and you’ll find her in Ocean City, NJ. Kristy and her daughter are members of the National Charity League, a philanthropic organization that focuses on volunteering, leadership, and culture.
